NFU sets up currency working party
By FWi staff

NFU deputy president Tim Bennett will chair the new group, which will examine the economic implications of EMU for the farming and allied industries.
The NFU holds grave concerns that the UK will be penalised when Brussels draws up new plans to convert subsidy payments from Ecus into Pounds.
