Only Scottish water in the Commons

The House of Commons will use only Scottish bottled water for the
next two years.

It will come from a spring at Campsie Fells, north of Glasgow.
English mineral water will get the contract from 1999 to 2001 and Welsh
from 2001 to 2003.
