Rear viewing system for safe reversing

SPALDINGS has now launched a full colour rear viewing system designed for use with large, self propelled farm machinery.

The system, says Spaldings, allows the safe reversing of machines such as combines and self-propelled foragers, while providing a clear view of visually obstructed parts such as pick-up hitches.

Supplied as a kit, the system includes a 10cm (4in) LCD flat screen, 20m (65ft) cable, a fully waterproof wide angle camera and a wiring kit.

Spaldings says the system can be fitted with up to two cameras and a further benefit is the ability to reduce damage to machinery and crops because blockages can be spotted quickly. Price is £700. (01522-500600, www.spaldings.co.uk)
