STEELWORKS slag is available from South Wales once again, marketed by Tony Hinman Fertiliser Products of Ashcroft Farm, Cooks Lane, Raymonds Hill, Axminster, Devon, as Superslag Basic.
Along with two other new grades 0-13-0 and 0-20-0, Superslag Basic is a soil conditioner, fertiliser and liming substitute available in the south of England and Wales.
Superslag Basic contains phosphate and large amounts of trace elements, principally magnesium and manganese. Its liming value is claimed to be more than most ordinary liming materials. Price from £14/t ex South Wales. *
