Software replaces the cattle pen

TO help comply with MAFFs stock movement record inspections why not use a computer program to replace manual records, suggests Sum-It Computer Systems.

The Stock Movement Report is supplied as an update to its Cattle Management software.

The updated software also allows full analysis of daily liveweight gains over various weighings between different animal groups and provides feed costings to help identify the best feeding regime, adds Sum-It.

The Cattle Management software can link with electronic tag readers and weigh scales using an interface module.
