Subsoiler facelift
Subsoiler facelift
SPALDINGS says it has made some improvements to the Flatlift subsoiler. A one-piece tongue joining the upper and lower shins is now employed which, says the company, makes fitting replacements easier.
Shearbolt replacement is also claimed to have been improved through use of a new grooved version and leg wear minimised by using hardened borron steel.
Other changes include a wider spiked packer roller – 15cm – and the scraper mounting has been raised to a more vertical position to allow trash to fall away more easily. Removal of the packer unit when not required is also claimed to have been simplified – just two bolts need to be removed.
Improvements to Spaldings Flatlift subsoiler have speeded up maintenance tasks, says the company.
