Suffolk spud event
POTATO harvest 97 – the worlds largest specialist potato event – is to be held at Knettishall, Suffolk, on Sept 17 and 18, 1997. Commercial scale working demonstrations will be the main attraction, with the latest potato harvesting machinery lifting 35ha (86 acres) of potatoes.
Trade exhibitions and a preceding conference will allow visitors to discuss developments in technology, agronomy and markets face-to-face with industry experts. *
