Yep, I’ve got no clue either. It’s a picture of a bookshelf, a very poultry themed bookshelf and a lot classier than PW’s bookshelf. 
The picture was sent to The Forager by Adam Tinworth, head yoda like guru of all things web and tech at PW’s publisher Reed Business Information.
Sadly though he didn’t provide any background so we’ll have to look upon the image and wonder.
It’s in the library at Tyntesfield House near Bristol. The place was crammed full of old and fascinating curios when the National Trust bought it back in 2002.
