Fort Knox for chooks

Regular readers of the Forager (if indeed they exist) will be aware of our penchant for fancy poultry houses.

Previous postings have included both the bizarre and the beautiful, catering for all aesthetic tastes.

But this one from Mark Francis Ltd in West Sussex surely raises the bar in terms of hen safety.

Made from a combination of solid plastic, galvanised steel and high density polystyrene, it promises to be “fox proof, rot proof and rat proof” – a veritable Fort Knox for chickens.
