A NEW WEBSITE providing arable and vegetable farmers with technical information on crop nutritional problems and fertiliser products has been launched by Lincolnshire-based fertiliser manufacturer, Nu-trel.

To access technical information on plant nutrition, water and soil analyses, plant diseases and deficiencies, growers need to apply on-line for a username and password.

But once registered, users will be able to access a database of technical information provided by the firm’s agronomists and external advisors, said Nu-trel’s director, Nick Mason.

The site also features details of the company’s range of dry flowable, liquid, organic and concentrated fertilisers plus spray tank additives and accelerators.

The site features a “fast finder” which allows users to view products by the element they contain, he noted.
