FARMERS LOOKING to get into non-food crops are being encouraged to see what the new National Non-Food Crops Centre has to offer.

The NNFCC and Central Science Laboratory are demonstrating their new non-food crop brokerage database on their stand at Cereals 2004.

“Growers and potential growers will be able to visit the stand where they can discuss their specific interests or requirements with staff,” explained NNFCC‘s Lucy Hodsman.

“Details will then be entered on the database and a printout provided with details of contracts which may be of interest.”

Interested growers will receive a brief outline of the contracts available and contact details for the relevant organisations.
