Stalwart name for Nico Soap

NICO SOAP, the nicotine-based aphid control product has changed its name to Stalwart.

The change is a response to current “issues” regarding aphid control with other products said Chris Hepworth, marketing manager of the registration holders United Phosphorus.

Stalwart has no known aphid resistance problems, restrictions to the number of applications and a harvest interval of just two days, he pointed out.

“Activity is not dependent on temperature, as is often mistakenly believed,” added Mr Hepworth.
