Seven county farms available to let in Devon

Devon County Council is making seven starter farms available to new entrants on seven-year farm business tenancies starting in March 2022.

The farms range in size from 55 acres to 216 acres and are a mix of dairy and livestock units.

The bulk of the farms have become available as a result of their current occupants progressing on to larger council holdings, as well as one tenant retiring and another having bought their own farm.
