County Durham grass and arable offerings

H&H Land and Property has more than 100 acres of farmland on the market in County Durham in three blocks.

This sale is by informal tender on 25 February 2015 with offers invited above £150,000.

Further land at Crook is almost 26 acres of good grassland, with a guide of offers in the region of £200,000.
