Do you have a green energy query? Submit it for expert advice

Are you considering a farm renewable energy project – or have you already committed time and money to a scheme, only to be stopped in your tracks by the government’s policy changes

Farmers Weekly is part of the FarmPower project which aims to boost green energy production in rural areas.

The project has a team of legal, tax, planning and specialist green energy consultants waiting to advise readers and users on their farm energy questions.

These might include how the outlook for returns has been changed by the Feed-in tariffs and other reviews, how to asses the cost and risk of the planning process and whether investing your own cash or borrowings is better than opting for a lease type arrangement to produce energy on farm.
