Mendip Farm back on the market

Mendip Farm at Hornblotton, near Castle Cary in Somerset, is back on the market after the prospective buyer was unable to finalise funds.

This private estate of almost 93ha (229 acres) has a large five-bedroom house with swimming pool. The extensive modern farm buildings have very good cattle-handling facilities and the land is level pasture.

Stag’s Alex Rew has set a guide price of £2.8m. A further building plot with 4.5ha (12 acres) carries a guide price of £300,000.
