Blank SFP forms available online

FARMERS STILL waiting for a single farm payment application form can print off a blank copy from the Rural Payments Agency’s website.

Alternatively, they should now be able to pick up a paper copy from their local RPA processing site or drop in centre.

The agency has also confirmed that its telephone helpline will be open on the Bank Holiday Monday (May 2) from 9am to 5pm.

Farmers are being urged to return their forms by May 16. Late applications will be accepted up to 10 June 2005 but will be subject to substantial late claim penalties.
