French move prompts sale

A WORCS FARMER is selling Wheaten Hill Farm at Astwood Bank, near Redditch, after a move to France.

The 96 acres of land and buildings are available from Carver Knowles for £300,000.

The vendor intends to keep entitlement to any historic single farm payment.

Over the border in Glos, Boyle and Grimes has 127 acres of arable soil at Rudford, near Gloucester, which has grown potatoes.

It is guided at £420,000 with no entitlement to the historic SFP.
