Retirement brings Leigh Farm at Langford Budville to the market. This mixed holding near Wellington in Somerset is in a secluded setting on the edge of the Taunton Vale.

As well as the Grade II listed farmhouse house, there is a three-bedroom cottage, which is let on an assured shorthold tenancy.
