Powys Pemprys and Cefn Coch land at Furnace, Machynlleth, is unimproved upland grazing land with agricultural, conservation, environmental, amenity and recreation potential.

Several streams and open watercourses cross the land, which is registered for single farm payment although the entitlements are available by separate negotiation. The land carries a £1.2m guide price.
