Wyke Farms raises milk price

Wyke Farms, the UK’s largest independent milk and cheese processor, has increased the price it pays for liquid milk.

From October 1, the Somerset-based processor will pay 27.5p/litre, representing an increase of more than 10.5p/litre since March.

“We benefit from a good, consistent supply and want to offer a sustainable price in return,” he added.
