Leadership skills tested in episode 3 of Farmers Apprentice
The weather is about to break in this week’s episode of the Farmers Apprentice, so the 10 candidates are woken up early to overhaul a combine, ready for harvest. But with a long list of maintenance tasks to perform and only 45 minutes in which to complete them, this task will really test the candidates’ ability to work as a team.
This week the judges allocate a team leader to each of the teams. The quiet one of the bunch, Kate Yells, is forced out of her comfort zone when she has to lead a team on a task she has no experience in. How will her team fair compared with the other team, lead by Charlie, who has a lot of experience with combines?
