First-time exhibitors at Lamma in 2015 include Italian baler maker Gallignani and its loader-manufacturing division Sigma4 (Stand 8102).

Sigma4 says its Chrome F “economy” tractor loader has been updated in design and performance with the boom formed by an integral metal plate in the outer area and a “C” profile in the inner area for strength with lightness.

It has manual attachment levelling, quick-release implement, tractor and hydraulic couplings and mountings that extend to the tractor rear axle.

The Gallignani 3690 SI is one of a handful of conventional balers available in Britain.

It has a 1.7m-wide belt-driven pick-up feeding the chamber via a pair of chain-driven cross forks. It produces a 36x46cm bale.
