Pacepacker Services to show new pick-and-place robot
At this year’s Lamma Show, Essex firm Pacepacker Services will show the new Fanuc M20 pick-and-place robot with prototype cradle gripper to handle flow-pack products, including onions and peppers.
This new system picks up 10 flow-packs a minute and stacks them in a wide variety of orientations into crates and trays. The picture shows an existing Pacepacker production line at Preva Produce, bagging and palletising 10 10-25kg sacks of potatoes a minute.
