Sima: MX shows quick-release solution
French manufacturer MX has launched a clever quick-release loader that can be detached from a tractor in a matter of seconds.
All the driver needs to do is to disconnect the quick-release hydraulic block, push a lever on the side of the loader bracket and reverse.
Putting it back on is pretty simple too – just drive into the brackets and it will automatically latch on. There’s also an indicator to show the driver it’s properly connected.
The Fitlock system is a standard feature on the firm’s top-end T400 range of loaders, which also get a neat set of folding parking stands. These replace the old removable versions that had to be stored on the loader’s cross member.
All models have hydraulic self-levelling and automatic implement hitching is an option, too.
