Send us your farming stories from across the decades

Farmers Weekly will reach a milestone 90th birthday in June this year, and to mark this anniversary, we are looking for farmers across the generations to feature in a very special series.

This will celebrate 90 years of farming through the eyes of our readers, across the decades since Farmers Weekly was first published in 1934.

We want to hear stories from farmers of all ages, from people in their 90s, to those just starting out on their farming journey, and those bringing up the next generation of farmers.

With your help, the series seeks to shed light on the changing face of agriculture, looking at major farming events, celebrations, and crises that have occurred over the past nine decades.

It will share the stories of the families that have farmed through bumper harvests, drought, changing government and world war, as well as new monarchs, Brexit, and the pandemic.
