Suzanne Lovatt has been named ‘YFC Senior Member of the Year’.

The 21-year-old from Staffordshire scooped this coveted title, having impressed the judges with her enthusiasm and commitment to the Young Farmers Club movement and agriculture.

Suzanne, who’s soon to start work for the NFU when she graduates from Harper Adams, has been a member for six years.

“It’s been fantastic – I’ve got to take part in so many different things. The more you put in, the more you get out of it.

“I nearly burst into tears when I heard I’d won. It’s a huge honour.

“Young Farmers has made me the person I am – I’d definitely recommend joining to anyone.”
