Top class horticultural land in Lincolnshire

A 500-acre block of Grade 1 and 2 land in Lincolnshire is coming to the market with agents Strutt & Parker and Brown & Co.

Greenfield Farm, between Friskney and Wrangle, includes 150 acres of top class silt capable of supporting intensive horticultural production.

There is a three-bedroom cottage and a modern, 2000t refrigerated potato and onion store. The principal lot of 260 acres could be combined with some adjacent lots and some traditional buildings to form the basis of a self-contained, 300-acre farm. Smaller, offlying lots extend from 60 acres to just over eight acres.

Greenfield Farm is being sold as a whole or in 12 lots. The guide price for the whole is £3m.
