Cheshire farmstead makes £595,000

A farmhouse for improvement and almost 28 acres of land at Home Farm, Tetton, Middlewich made £595,000 at auction through Denton Clark.

The Cheshire property also included a range of traditional farm buildings measuring 4,000sq ft, with good potential for conversion to accommodation, home office or other uses.

Denton Clark will sell another 30 acres by auction at Commonside near Frodsham, Cheshire, in September. The land has road frontage and some farm buildings.
