Lincolnshire arable offering – with wildlife

A sizeable chunk of highly productive arable land in Lincolnshire is expected to attract considerable interest from neighbouring farmers and conservationists alike.

The 164 acres of Grade 2 land in Wroot and Belton is home to one of the UK’s only nesting sites of Uganda’s national bird, the Great Crested Crane (pictured). Being sold as a result of the restructuring of a larger holding, the land is suitable for a range of arable, horticultural and root crops.

It is for sale with George F. White as a whole or in six lots, with a guide price of £725,000.
