Substantial extra income

Agent D R Kivell & Partners is launching its largest farm since the firm started trading earlier this year.

Trenderway Farm at Pelynt, near Polperro, Cornwall, is a 206-acre mixed unit with a five-bedroom Grade II listed house.

A substantial amount of extra income is also generated from five “superior” holiday units in a range of converted traditional barns, said the firm’s David Kivell.
