Yorkshire acres come to market

In North Yorkshire, Robin Jessop‘s Andrew Dickins is marketing two small farms.
South Farm at Newton Morrell, Richmond, is a 172-acre mixed farm with a substantial range of modern buildings and some older builidngs with potential.
He is looking for offers of £1.5m-1.75m. Meanwhile Larbury Pastures Farm at Long Newton, Stockton on Tees, has 142 acres and includes a succeesful farm shop, turning over £150,000 a year, plus a small caravan site and livery business. Guide is £850,000-1m.
The same firm is selling 45 acres of bare arable and grassland at Kilburn near Thirsk and 62 acres of arable land on the edge of Oswaldkirk, Helmsley, both guided at £5,000/acre.
