After a hectic day’s trading here at Borderway Mart that’s the end of the sale and its been one to remember with prices surpassing all expectations.

A top of 38,000gns for the pre-sale show champion was just one of the highlights which saw Smiths of Bloxham dominate the buyers list despite the presence of new breeders, including Boden and Davies and Malcolm Reid.

And with that, its pretty much all over for Taking Stock in 2009. I may have a few more updates for you early next week, but by and large that’s us done for the year.
