Reserve: George Booth’s Beechview BS Whitehall, sired by Beechview Stwodamshof and out of Beechview tiny 3rd.
Ayrshire
Champion: John Hunter’s champion Ayrshire Ardmore Orphan 95, who was shown by his son Michael. She is sired by Morwick Sand Ranger and out of Ardmore Orphan.
Reserve: John Suffern’s Ravenhill Fergie 20, from Crumlin. Classifies VG86 this three-year-old is sired by Twellow Admiral Glen and is out of Ravenhill Fergie.
Holstein
Champion: Quilly Farms’ Sahara Goldwyn Ambrosia. This four-year-old is by Braedale Goldwyn and out of Smiddiehill Toystory Ambrosia. She was bought as a maiden heifer from Sahara Holsteins, for 5,100gns.
Reserve: S and J McCormick’s Hilltara Zenith Echo, classified Ex93. She is sired by Ocean-View Zenith and is out of H Champion Echo.
Jersey
Clandeboye Estate, from Bangor, Co Down, scooped the double, winning breed champion and reserve.
In first place was their four-year-old cow in milk Clandeboye Sultan Mabel, sired by SHF Centurion and out of clandeboye LS Mabel.
In reserve was the three-year-old cow in milk Clandeboye Paramount Brunette, sired by Rock Ella Paramount and out of Bluegrass Counts Brunette.
