Bootylicious secures commercial title at Enniskillen

Commercials were out in force at Enniskillen which brings the curtain down on a busy season of summer shows for Ulster’s livestock exhibitors.

 
Clinching her first supreme championship of the season was the daughter of Black N Blue Diesel the January born “Bootylicious” from the Jalex team of James Alexander.

Clive Hoey secured the reserve championship with his home bred heifer “Poser”. Sired by his Charolais stockbull Brutus this smart young heifer is out of a 7/8 Limousin cow.
“Poser” was also runner up in the Fermanagh Breeders Championships.
 
Overall winner of the Fermanagh Breeders section was Alan Veitch, Lisbellaw with his Ross Willie sired black steer which he has recently acquired a share in. This well made bullock was bred bt James Alexander, Randalstown. He then went on to take the male championship in the commercial rings.
 
The final two qualifiers for the Ulster Bank Breeding Heifer Championships were also tapped out at Enniskillen. These were presented by Finnegan Livestock, Dungannon and Jack Smyth, Strabane.
