Aberdeen-Angus sold to a top of 2600gns at Carlisle today with this price paid for the last bull in the sale Border Lyne Black Jag from Messrs Story. This is a Hardlawbank Blackmail son out of Border Lyne Blue Pearl, a Galcantray Preditor daughter. He was bought by J Rae, Collin, Dumfries.Selling at 2500gns was the reserve champion on the day, Linton Gilbertines Percy from Gordon Brooke. Sired by Rawburn Ravovo and out of Dacre Princess, a Dacre Keystone daughter, he sold to Lakewood Partners with a TSI of +29 and an SRI of +33.And then making 2200gns was the champion from the pre-sale show, Tree Bridge Edwin from Messrs Evans. He is a Haymount Galacco son out of Tree Bridge Edwina, a Skaill Delta daughter. This one carries a TSI of +23 and an SRI of +32. This one was bought by G Roddam and Partners, Hexham.

At the same price was Adstock Enrico from Adstock Angus. This son of Jerusalem Wainwright out of Adstock Early bird, a Stowe Jaunty Black daughter sold to H W Young and Co, Newton Stewart.
