Junior Charolais bull judging underway
The first of the junior Charolais bull classes has been won by Esmor Evans with a Blackout son Maerdy Emir (lot 424), which is out of a Talisman daughter. standing next to him in the class was Mortimers Echo from Mortimers Farms (lot 428), while third place went to Peter Vasey with Edenhurst Enigma (lot 425).
Standing at the top of class 16 was Hamish Goldie with Goldies Estate (lot 444), a son of Thrunton camelot out of a blelack Montgomery daughter. Taking second was Messrs Curry with Burradon Extraspecial (lot 440), while third went to the Wight family with Carwood Elgin (lot 445).
Leading the way in class 17 was J T Wilson with Ugie Elvin (lot 449), a son of Goldies Banker out of a Farleycopse Turbo daughter Ugie Bee. Taking the second place rosette was J irvine and Son with ballindalloch Eli (lot 451), while J Whyte and Sons stood third with Innisrush Emperor (lot 452).
