Crowded house

The dispersal of the Croco flock of pedigree Suffolk sheep at Penkridge, Staffs, on behalf of Roy Ford (dec) last weekend (Nov 13) saw breeding females of the noted AI sire Crosemanor Cammandeur make an impression to achieve the day’s top price of 880gns for the first-crop ewe, Croco 3k: A11, and levelling 15 daughters at ÂŁ540.36 apiece, reported auctioneer Clive Norbury.

Overall, 89 head levelled at ÂŁ312.64 (Wright Manley).
