Llandovery Texels peak at 440gns
Ringsiders at the sale of in-lamb ewes held by the South Wales Texel Breeders Association at Llandovery favoured entries from two of the south west’s leading flocks which left females from the Loosebeare and Peacehay consignments at the top of the price list.

Another gimmer from Loosebeare – sired by Douganhill Lonestar – made 340gns to R Whitton, Newcastle Emlyn. She is also carrying twins to Nosey Parker.
The Williams family also paid 330gns for another gimmer by Loosebeare Knight Rider carrying twins to Nosey Parker.
