More Northern Lights Holstein sale news

Here are a few more highlights from today’s Northern Lights Holstein sale at Beeston. Selling at 5000gns was Sterndale PS Erle, a Shottle daughter out of Sterndale Mr Sam, a Regancrest Mr Drham daughter, from Bill Nadin.

Following that at 4500gns was Sterndale Million Licorice, an England-Ammon Million daughter out of Sterndale Shottle Licorice, again from Bill Nadin.

Then came one of the feature lots of the day, Dilligas Million Satin, another by England-Ammon Million and the only daughter of Misty Springs Shottle Satin offered for sale in Europe. She, however, was passed unsold at 19,000gns having been the subject of strong bidding from a number of leading herds including the Wills family.

Making 5000gns was a first choice offering from Bill Nadin. This was the first choice of Sterndale Laurin Ruby and Sterndale Goldwyn Ruby. One being a daughter of Den-K Marshall LL Laurin and the other being by Braedale Goldwyn, both were out of Sterndale ruby Red, a KHW Kite Advent Red daughter. The buyer, chose the Goldwyn daughter.

And at the same money a few lots later was Holmland Damion Polly, an Erbacres Damion daughter out of ALH Polly, a Hartline Titanic daughter.
