Oakchurch trade 10 month old bull Angus privately at £10,000

Herefordshire-based breeder Jeremy Price of the Oakchurch herd of Abderdeen-Angus has secured £10,000 in a private deal for 10 month old bull calf Oakchurch Field Marshall, an Ankonian Elixir son out of Southfield Felecity, a Dalrene Cruz daughter out of Netherton Frances.Weighing 380kg at 170 days Field Marshall caught the eye of John Elliot Jnr for his tremendous fleshing and locomotion, coupled with his breed character. Jeremy Price said he knew the bull would make a stock bull the moment he was born, although he had been reluctant to sell him so young. A quarter of the semen rights have been retained by Mr Price.
