Pitcher Farms take Newark Limousin championship

Taking the overall and female Limousinchampionship  here at Newark this morning was Peter Pitcher of Pitcher Farms, with Cockleshell Delia, a January 2008-born heifer. This daughter of Winnington Trumps is out of Cockleshell Molly, a Jencra Fanfare daughter. She sells later with a beef value of +19.

Standing reserve overall was the Hazard family with their junior bull Mereside Dubai, an Alaska son out of Mereside Anabel, an Obus daughter. He has a beef value of +23. Reserve male champion was Bailea Dandy from Brian and Matthew Jones. This is a Martinet son out of Bailea Adorne, a Salomon daughter. His beef value is +11.
