Enter now for farming Oscars
Often described as the Oscars of agriculture, this prestigious award can truly highlight excellence to customers and win prestige within the poultry industry.
Nominate someone you think should be rewarded for their hard work – or enter yourself and get your farm the recognition it deserves.
The deadline for entries is 30 April and the shortlist will be announced in June.
This year judges Jake Davies, editor of Poultry World, Gary Ford, chief poultry adviser at the NFU will be joined by last year’s winner Robert Caldecott, of Caldecott Turkeys to form an expert panel that will assess entrants.
Mr Caldecott said winning the award in 2016 had proved valuable recognition for staff, and “a big thank you to many loyal customers who have promoted our product over the years.”
All finalists are invited to the awards ceremony, which takes place on 5 October at the Grosvenor House Hotel in central London. The night is widely regarded as one of the best in the farming calendar.
