Jungle fowl takes to the high seas

Everyone needs to step outside their comfort zone from time to time.

But Gunter, the Feathered Forager, was decidedly pissed off to be taken from his comfortable perch in the Poultry World offices and made to spend a week on a yacht in the Outer Hebrides this June.

In fact he coped remarkably well with the storm force winds, driving rain and lurching seas that make for a typical Hebridean summer.

But it was the sight of his crew mates skinny dipping in the Scottish lochs before breakfast that really turned his stomach.
