Giant compact wheel-loaders built for tight spaces

New to the UK market, the Giant range of compact wheel-loaders are already well established in mainland Europe.

“Although suited to a wide diversity of markets, Giant are particularly popular in the pig and poultry sectors due to their compact dimensions and loading stability,” says Roger Pearson of sole importers Trp Ltd, Sleaford. “The largest machine, the 6004T Tele, will lift 2,000kg up to a maximum dump height of 4.3m.”

Also new to the UK market is the 4548 Tendo four-wheel drive from Giant, a four-wheel steer compact telehandler with a choice of 36hp/45hp powerplants, designed for use in tight spaces.

Major components feature Kubota engines, Bosch-Rexroth hydraulic transmissions, Comer axles and Poclain wheel motors on the smaller machines.
