Happy Egg Company launches ready to eat range

The Happy Egg Company is expanding its range this month with the addition of a ready-to-eat hard boiled egg in select major retailers.
Rob Newell, head of marketing at the company said: “Happy boiled eggs are the perfect solution for people who love free range eggs but don’t have the time or knack to prepare a boiled egg.
“As the summer months approach, we are confident they will be a real hit for picnics and offer fresh inspiration to those wanting a tasty and nutritious snack in minutes.”
He described the eggs as cooked to perfection and conveniently packaged in either a box of two or four eggs.
“As well as being eaten on their own, the eggs can be chopped and served in sandwiches or as part of a summer salad.”
The hard boiled eggs will be available in Waitrose,ASDA,One Stop and online from Ocado and the will be priced at £0.89 for a pack containing two eggs.
