Last chance to enter Poultry Farmer of the Year

Entries for the 2014 Farmers Weekly Awards close on 30 April, and poultry farmers are urged to nominate someone or enter themselves.

Winning the award is one of the top accolades a poultry producer can receive. It has helped previous winners gain new business, win support and generate positive local press coverage.

It doesn’t matter what poultry species, production method or experience you have. We’re simply looking for excellence in farming.

Last year’s winners Richard and Stephen Tulip, who run egg packer Lintz Hall Farm in partnership, said the award was a “huge honour”.

“The company’s profile and that of our brands has hit new heights as a direct result of winning the award which has certainly helped us retain and gain new customers,” they said.
