New technical director at Moy Park
Moy Park has announced the appointment of Ursula Lavery to its executive board, as technical director for Europe.
Ms Lavery has worked at Moy Park for 25 years, most recently on its technical team. She is recognised as an industry authority on food safety, sitting on the board of the Food Standards Agency’s joint working group on campylobacter reduction, and the British Poultry Council’s biosecurity group.
Her new role will oversee all technical parts of the business across Europe and the UK.
