Razzle Dazzle leading Lanark bids at 40,000gns

Prices are beginning to trickle in from Lanark and already leading the way is a 40,000gns bid for Glenside Razzle Dazzle forward from John Forsyth, Maybole, Ayrshire. This one is by Strathbogie Python and out of ewe by Castlecairn Keltic Star, who was also responsible for a 40,000gns bid at Lanark last year with Kelso Pavarotti out of a Glenside ewe by Keltic Star.

WEB TS Lanark Lot 133.jpgTwo more consignments from the Glenside flock were then responsible for the next two highest bids of 10,000gns, the first coming for Glenside Ring A Ding. This one has the same sire and dam as the 40,000gns Razzle Dazzle and was third prize ram lamb at the Royal Highland Show.

At 8000gns was another ProStar sired ram Meadowvale Rolls Royce, who is out of a ewe by Ettrick Nutcracker.
