Royal Show South Devon and Longhorn results

South Devon champion here at the Royal Show was R K Rundle with Kestle Dahlia, an April 2004-born cow with calf at foot by Waddeton Brut 3 and out of Kestle Dahlia 26. Reserve was the Tully Partnership with Z Waddestone Poll Sunshine 9, a bull by Z Holcombe Poll Sunshine out of Waddeton Suffragette 47.

Longhorn champion was John and Pat Stanley’s bull Blackbook Philosopher. He’s by Blackbrook K2 and out of Blackbrook Moonstone. Reserve was another from Blackbrook, this time Blackbrook Plenty, by Blackbrook Maximus out of Blackbrook Keepsake.

In the Lincoln Reds the champion was H M and J M Needler with Walmer Lass C89 a daughter of Walmer Prince out of Walmer Lass R59. Taking reserve was Michael Read with his bull Hemingby Walter. He’s by Anwick Chancellor and is out of Hemingby Polly S16.

Taking the British White title was G J Scotcher with Bridge Homestead Maraca, an Albany Plato son out of Bridge Homestead Mandolin. Standing reserve was New Biddenden Green Farm with Smarden Tussilago Fara. This is by Woodbastwick Sergeant and is out of Dallyashes Tussy Mussy Too.
